1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the goya9 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional features, financial transactions, and customer support services. By accessing any part of goya9, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction, and that you accept these Terms without reservation.

goya9 reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, goya9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with goya9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. goya9 does not permit account registration or gameplay by any person under 21, and we take reasonable verification steps to enforce this policy.
• You must be accessing goya9 voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes. Use of goya9 in a professional capacity on behalf of a third party is not permitted without express written authorisation.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player at goya9 or have been subject to a permanent account closure by goya9 at any prior time.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details updated. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account with goya9. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited. When registering, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. goya9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify goya9 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your goya9 account — is not permitted. Each account is personal to the registered account holder only.
• You must not register using false identity information, another person's identity, or any automated method. goya9 may require identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any time during your use of the platform.

goya9 reserves the right to close any account it reasonably believes was registered in violation of these Terms, and to withhold any balance in that account pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, any such balance may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

goya9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through verified payment channels available to Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and may be returned subject to payment provider fees.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified account holders. goya9 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Where possible, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Processing times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited instantly. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; goya9 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Processing times may extend where additional verification is required.
• Currency: All transactions on goya9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). goya9 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

goya9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the goya9 account holder. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending review.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

goya9 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred between accounts or players.
• goya9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused or exploited.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Players must opt in to promotions in accordance with the instructions provided for each offer.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus are subject to the same wagering requirements as the bonus they are attached to, unless the promotion states otherwise.

Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers — is prohibited. goya9 may refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from suspected bonus abuse and may close the associated account.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on goya9 are operated in accordance with their respective provider rules and the general principles set out below. By participating in any game or betting market, you acknowledge and accept these rules:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of a real game conducted by a qualified dealer. goya9 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Placed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where goya9 or the relevant game provider specifically permits bet cancellation in defined circumstances such as pre-match cancellation windows in sports betting.
• goya9 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at goya9's discretion, including during live events. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed at a stated price, that price is locked in for that bet.

7 Responsible Gaming

goya9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and must not be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses. goya9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may take a temporary break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period. During this period the account remains open but no deposits or gameplay are permitted.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on goya9 and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to access or interact with the goya9 platform, place bets, or collect winnings.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping, match-fixing facilitation, or coordinated betting strategies.
• Using the goya9 platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using goya9 as a pass-through for illegitimate funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in goya9's platform or any game. Players who discover a technical error must report it to goya9 support immediately and must not exploit it for personal gain.
• Registering multiple accounts, using false identity information, or accessing goya9 using another person's account credentials.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

goya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where goya9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms in any material respect, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• Where a player requests self-exclusion or account closure under the responsible gaming provisions set out in Section 7.
• Where goya9 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or order of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by goya9 other than for breach, any verified balance remaining will be returned to the player via the original deposit method where operationally possible. Where an account is closed for breach, goya9 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the account balance in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the goya9 platform — including but not limited to the goya9 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, software, and game content provided by goya9's licensed game providers — is the intellectual property of goya9 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the goya9 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the goya9 platform without the express prior written consent of goya9 or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use of goya9's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, goya9's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• goya9 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, even if goya9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• goya9 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. goya9 is not liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable law. goya9 operates as an online entertainment platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
